CHAPTER 29 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 2 OF PRIVATE LAWS OF 1911, RELATIVE TO PUBLIC LIBRARIES OF GREENSBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the said library for the colored race shall have a separate board of managers, to be appointed in the manner hereinbefore provided.
