1905 private laws – Ch.417 Sec.6 0 Comment That the mayor shall keep a full, TRUE and perfect record of all precepts issued by him and of all his judicial proceedings. The judgments rendered by him shall have all the force, virtue and validity of judgments rendered by a justice of the peace.
