CHAPTER CLXII. AN ACT TO REVISE AND CONSOLIDATE THE PUBLIC SCHOOL LAW.

The county board of education shall consult the convenience of the white residents in settling the boundaries of districts for white schools, and of colored esidents in settling boundaries for colored schools.
