CHAPTER 50 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE CITY OF GOLDSBORO, IN WAYNE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the city of Goldsboro is hereby vested with all the power, rights, privileges and immunities enumerated in chapter one hundred and eleven, and elsewhere in Battles Revisal, not inconsistent with any of the provisions of this act.
