CHAPTER 12 An act to incorporate the town of Germanton, Stokes county, North Carolina, The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That after the first general election of town officers, the qualified voters of the town shall determine what per diem pay sball be allowed the commissioners, if any, for their services as members of the na board.
