CHAPTER 282 An act relating to graded schools in Guilford county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That the municipal authorities of any of said towns which shall adopt the provisions of this act, shall annually make out and record an itemized account of the receipts and disbursements of all moneys received by virtue of the provisions of this act, which record must be made not less than thirty days before the annual election for mayor and commissioners, and shall be open to the inspection of any citizen of said town whenever desired, between the hours of eight a. m. and six p. m.
