CHAPTER 282 An act relating to graded schools in Guilford county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That the moneys paid to the said school district committee out of the general school fund, under the laws of this state, shall be used for the maintenance of the graded school or schools, the same being divided per capita between the races as provided by law. _
