CHAPTER 415 An act to establish a graded school in Magnolia, Duplin county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the board of county commissioners of Duplin county shall appoint five persons to act as trustees of the graded school for the colored children, and said board shall have power to fill all vacancies occurring in said board, to employ teachers, and do all such acts as shall be necessary to carry on said graded school for the colored children.
