CHAPTER 86 An act to amend the charter of the town of Taylorsville. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That no mayor or commissioner or other officer of said town shall directiy or indirectly become a contractor for work to be done for the town, and any person herein offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
