CHAPTER 382 An act to amend chapter one hundred and eighty-nine of the laws of one thousand eight hundred and gighty-oue, relating to the Goldsboro graded schools. | The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: _
That the special taxes thus levied and collected shall be expended in keeping up separate graded schools for the white and colored childen in said township between the ages of six and twenty-one years; and the schools for each race herein provided for shall have the same length of school terms.
