CHAPTER 484 An act to supplement the public school in district No. 4, Guilford county, North Carolina, with a special tax. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the special tax thus collected from the taxable property and polls, together with the general school fund appropriated by the board of education to said district, shall be expended by the school committee of said district in keeping up the public schools of said district for the white and colored races of both sexes between the ages of six and twenty-one years of age, in accordance with the general school law of the State.
