CHAPTER 224 An act to provide for the North Carolina institution for the deaf, dumb and the blind. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the sum of five thousand dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated for the repairs and improvements necessary at both the white and colored departments of said institutions for the fiscal year beginning December first, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, and ending November thirtieth, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three; and the same amount is hereby appropriated for repairs and improvements of said institutions for the year beginning December first, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, and ending November thirtieth, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four.
