CHAPTER 3815 An act to incorporate the New Hanover society for the pre- vention of crime. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all colored children, resident in New Hanover county, of fourteen -14 years old or under, without parents or homes, shall be eligible to admission into said childrens home, so long as there may be sufficient accommodations for them.
