CHAPTER 112 An act to provide for the management of the Colored Normal School at Franklinton, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That the State Colored Normal School located at Franklinton, North Carolina, shall be under the control and management of a board of trustees, to be composed of five persons who shall be biennially appointed by the general assembly.
