CHAPTER 91 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOLS IN HENDERSON TOWNSHIP IN VANCE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the said Board of Trustees shall have power to employ and fix the compensation of a Superintendent for said . graded schools, and such teachers as are necessary, and to do all such other acts as may be necessary to carry on the said schools; they shali have power at any time to remove the said Superintendent or any teacher, and to employ others in his or her stead.
