CHAPTER 405 An act for the relief of Miss Nelie Miller. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the Treasurer of Ashe County be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Miss Nelie Miller the sum of eight dollars and ninety-five cents out of any money in his hands due or that may become due to School District No. 11 for the white race in Peak Creek Township for services rendered as a public school teacher in said School District No. 11 for the white race.
