CHAPTER 239 AN ACT TO ALLOW. THE CITY OF CHARLOTTE TO ISSUE BONDS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the Board of Aldermen of the city of Charlotte may purchase a lot and erect a building or buildings for school purposes for white children in Ward 4 of the city of Charlotte, and may issue coupon bonds in payment of same not exceeding the sum of fifty thousand dollars.
