CHAPTER 382 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOLS IN CROSS CREEK TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, AND TO ISSUE BONDS AND TO LEVY A SPECIAL TAX FOR THE ESTABLISHING AND SUPPORT OF SAME. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That Cross Creek Township, in the county of Cumberland, shall be and in hereby constituted a public school district for both white and colored schools, to be known as Cross Creek Graded School District. :
