CHAPTER 384 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOLS IN THE TOWN OF EDENTON. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the Board of Councilmen of the town of Edenton are hereby required to submit to the qualified voters of the said Public School District for the white and colored races on the first Monday in May, 1908, at an election to be held for said School District in the town of Edenton, N. C., the question whether an annual tax shall be levied for the support of the Graded School in said School District.
