CHAPTER 402 AN ACT TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR STATE INSTITU- TIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the appropriations herein made shall be drawn out by the Auditor upon his warrant and thereupon shall be charged by the State Treasurer to the account of the institution for which they are respectively made and drawn, and it shall be unlawful for the Treasurer to pay out upon the credit of any such institution any greater sum than by this act appropriated, and it shall be unlawful for the Treasurer to cash any order or voucher of any institution to any greater amount than is hereby appropriated to such institution respectively.
