CHAPTER 556 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE MOORESVILLE GRADED SCHOOL DISTRICT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the said board of graded school trustees and their successors shall be and are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name and style of The Board of Graded School Trustees of Mooresville, and by that name may sue and be sued, plead and Pub. 36 be impleaded, contract and be contracted with, acquire, by gift, purchase or devise, real and personal property, hold, exchange, mortgage or sell the same and exercise such other rights and privileges as are incident to other corporations, and may have a corporate seal.
