CHAPTER 168 a . AN ACT TO CHARTER NAZARETH ORPHANS HOME, IN 4 THE COUNTY OF ROWAN.

That the said managers may establish at or near Cresent, in the county of Rowan, a home for the care, control, edueation, maintenance and support of such indigent orphan children as the managers may desire to provide for; which children hall be received only upon compliance with such rules as the Managers may prescribe for their reception. That the managers muy make by-laws for the government of the home and for the preservation of good morals therein, and may discharge any hild so received in the home whenever, in their opinion, the food of the institution so requires. That any child or children, rhen so received, shall be under the care and control of the managers, and any one who shall take or remove from the home any such child or children without the consent of the managers, or ho shall aid or abet in such removal, shall be guilty of a mislemeanor, and shall be punished by fine or imprisonment, or both, in the discretion of the court.
