CHAPTER 168 a . AN ACT TO CHARTER NAZARETH ORPHANS HOME, IN 4 THE COUNTY OF ROWAN.
That all gifts, grants, purchases, devises or bequests, or the proceeds of such, made to the said managers, shall be held by them in trust for the use and benefit of the Classis of North Carolina, Reformed Church in the United States, for the purpose of maintaining the orphans home, when the conditions of the gift, grant, bequest, or devise does not otherwise forbid.
