CHAPTER 168 a . AN ACT TO CHARTER NAZARETH ORPHANS HOME, IN 4 THE COUNTY OF ROWAN.
That the managers shall elect one of their number president, also a secretary and a treasurer. They may also elect a superintendent for the home and such teachers and servants as they may deem necessary for the successful operation of the institution. They shall also fix the salary attached to each officer, but the superintendent, by and with the consent of the managers, may fix the compensation of the servants of the home.
