CHAPTER 199 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE WINDSOR GRADED SCHOOL DISTRICT, IN BERTIE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the interest on said bonds and the bonds themselves shall be paid from the funds and taxes levied for said school district, and from the thirty-seven and one-half per cent. of the net profits of said dispensary hereinbefore provided in this act.
