CHAPTER 820 AN ACT TO STIMULATE HIGH SCHOOL INSTRUCTION IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THE STATE AND TEACHER TRAINING. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The sum of fifty thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby annually appropriated for the purposes of high school instruction and teacher training provided for in this act. The State Board of Education shall have the power to fix such rules and regulations in accordance with the provisions of this act as may be necessary for the proper distribution of this fund.
