CHAPTER 106 = AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR STATE INSTITU- TIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the sum of twelve thousand five hundred ($12,- 500.00) dollars is hereby annually appropriated for the years one thousand nine hundred and thirteen and one thousand nine hundred and fourteen for the support and maintenance of the A. & M. College for the Colored Race, located at Greensboro; and the further sum of seventeen thousand five hundred ($17,500.00) dollars is hereby appropriated for the year one thousand nine hundred and thirteen for the purpose of making permanent improvements at said institution.
