CHAPTER 106 = AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR STATE INSTITU- TIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the sum of three thousand ($3,000.00) dollars is hereby appropriated for the year one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, for the benefit of the State School for the colored race, located at Winston-Salem, one-half of said sum to be used in making improvements at said school, and the other half for the purchase of real property adjoining the real estate now owned by said school.
