CHAPTER 180 AN ACT TO REVISE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF WIN- STON AND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF SALEM, AND TO ADOPT A CHARTER FOR THE CITY OF WINSTON- SALEM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Process from said court may issue to the chief of police of the city of Winston-Salem, or to the sheriff, constable, or other officers of the county of Forsyth, and such process, when attested by the seal of the court, shall run anywhere in the State of North Carolina, and shall be executed by any officer authorized by law to serve process.
