CHAPTER 181 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE COMMERCIAL CLUB OF DURHAM, N. C. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the board of aldermen or other governing body of the city of Durham, and the board of county commissioners of Durham County, shall have the power and authority, and same is hereby conferred upon said authorities, to make from time to time such reasonable appropriations as they may deem advisable out of any funds not otherwise appropriated to assist in carrying out the objects and purposes of this organization.
