CHAPTER 138 AN ACT TO INCREASE THE COSTS IN THE MAYORS COURT OF THE CITY OF GOLDSBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That in computing the court costs in the mayors court of the city of Goldsboro there shall be charged and taxed the sum of two dollars for each warrant issued by the mayor and the sum of two dollars and fifty cents for each arrest made by any officer of the city.
