CHAPTER 161 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF HAMILTON LAKES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: CHAPTER I. ORGANIZATION

The council may establish separate libraries for the use and benefit of the white and colored races of said town, or either, and may appropriate from the public funds such amounts as may be necessary for the support and maintenance of the same.

Depending on use, funding, and maintenance required, the site may be decommissioned and archived at that time.
