CHAPTER 23 AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 6740 OF THE CONSOLIDATED STATUTES, RELATIVE TO REQUIRING COLORED NURSES FOR COLORED PATIENTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That section six thousand seven hundred and forty of the Consolidated Statutes, with reference to requiring colored nurses for colored patients, be and the same is hereby repealed.
