CHAPTER 107 AN ACT TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE MAIN- TENANCE OF THE STATES DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, INSTITUTIONS, AND AGENCIES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: GENERAL FUND
The appropriations made to the Oxford Colored Orphanage under Title V-sixteen, Section one, of this Act shall be available only if and when the expenditure shall be recommended by the trustees of the institution appointed by the Governor of the State, and the expenditures shall be under the supervision of said trustees.
