CHAPTER 1 AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO VISITING SPEAKERS AT STATE-SUPPORTED INSTITUTIONS AND TO VEST THE AD- MINISTRATION AND REGULATORY POWER OF SAID LAW IN THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VARIOUS STATE-SUP- PORTED INSTITUTIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, but neither the provisions of this Act nor the provisions of Article 22 of Chapter 116 as the same appear in the 1963 Cumulative Supplement of the General Statutes, shall repeal or be construed to repeal any provision of Article 4 of Chapter 14 of the General Statutes.
