CHAPTER 1 AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO VISITING SPEAKERS AT STATE-SUPPORTED INSTITUTIONS AND TO VEST THE AD- MINISTRATION AND REGULATORY POWER OF SAID LAW IN THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VARIOUS STATE-SUP- PORTED INSTITUTIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 17th day of November, 1965 S. B. 3
