CHAPTER 103 AN ACT TO ADD BERTIE COUNTY TO THE PROVISIONS OF SUB- DIVISION 43 OF G. S. 153-9 RELATING TO CERTAIN TAX LEVIES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The last paragraph of G. S. 153-9 (43), as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to Volume 3C (1964 Replacement Volume) of the General Statutes of North Carolina, is hereby amended by inserting after the comma following the word Beaufort and immediately preceding the word Bladen, in the second line of said paragraph, the word Bertie,.
