CHAPTER 106 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 20-141 RELATING TO SPEED ON HIGH- WAYS AND OTHER PROPERTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. 8S. 20-141(a), as the same appears in the 1965 Replacement Volume of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting in line two following the word highway and before the word at? the following language: or on any parking lot, drive, driveway, road, roadway, 143 street or alley upon the grounds and premises of any public or private hospital, college, university, benevolent institution, school, orphanage, church, or any of the institutions maintained and supported by the State of North Carolina or any of its subdivisions, or upon the grounds and premises of any service station, drive-in theater, supermarket, store, restaurant or office building, or any other business or municipal establishment, providing parking space for customers, patrons or the public.
