CHAPTER i111 AN ACT TO GRANT THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN AND THE AUTHORITY TO LEVY, COLLECT, AND EXPEND FUNDS FOR WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS IN PERSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 2 of Chapter 794 of the Session Laws of 1961 is hereby amended by inserting the word Person immediately before the word Polk in line one thereof.
