CHAPTER 112 AN ACT TO REVISE AND CONSOLIDATE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF NEWTON. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

General Repeal. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
