CHAPTER 12 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF ERWIN IN HARNETT COUNTY SUBJECT TO AN ELECTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
If a majority of the votes cast in such special election shall be cast AGAINST Incorporation of Town of Erwin, then Sections 3 through 8 of this Act shall have no force and effect.
