CHAPTER 12 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF ERWIN IN HARNETT COUNTY SUBJECT TO AN ELECTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
If a majority of the votes cast in such special election shall be east FOR Incorporation of Town of Erwin, then Section 4 of this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after April 4, 1967, and Sections 5 through 8 of this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after May 2, 1967
