CHAPTER 12 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF ERWIN IN HARNETT COUNTY SUBJECT TO AN ELECTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable.
