CHAPTER 12 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF ERWIN IN HARNETT COUNTY SUBJECT TO AN ELECTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification, subject to the provisions of Sections 1 through 3 hereof. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 2nd day of March, 1967 51 H. B. 95
