CHAPTER 120 AN ACT RELATING TO THE DRAWING OF JURORS IN HOKE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification, and shall also be retroactive to January 1, 1967, and the drawing of any jurors in Hoke County since January 1, 1967 and prior to the effective date of this Act shall be valid and effective as if done pursuant to law. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 30th day of March, 1967 H. B. 239
