CHAPTER 134 AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 513 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1951, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SANFORD GRADED SCHOOL DISTRICT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of Trustees of Sanford Graded School District, Lee County, shall consist of seven members, serving staggered six-year terms; that the present members of said Board of Trustees shall hold office until their terms of office respectively expire in accordance with previous elections, and the terms of the present members of said Board of Trustees are hereby ratified and confirmed.
