CHAPTER 134 AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 513 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1951, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SANFORD GRADED SCHOOL DISTRICT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Chapter 513 of the 1951 Session Laws is hereby repealed and all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, but such repeal shall not be construed as reviving any laws in conflict herewith.
