CHAPTER 135 AN ACT REGULATING THE FEES OF JUSTICES OF THE PEACE IN HENDERSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1 of Chapter 277, Session Laws of 1951, is hereby amended by deleting the words and figures seven dollars ($7.00) wherever 192 they appear in said Section, and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures eight dollars ($8.00).
