CHAPTER 137 AN ACT TO AMEND THE MARRIAGE LAWS SO AS TO ELIMINATE EPILEPSY AS AN IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. 8S. 51-12, as the same appears in 1966 Replacement Volume 2A of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by deleting from the second line thereof the phrase, subject to epileptic attacks,.
