CHAPTER 150 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 5(a) AND SECTION 8(a) OF CHAPTER 500 OF THE 1961 SESSION LAWS RELATING TO THE BURLING- TON-GRAHAM ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL STORES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 8(a) of Chapter 500, Session Laws of 1961, is hereby amended by deleting the last sentence thereof reading: (not less than 2% nor more than 10% of the sum paid to the City of Graham to be used for recreational purposes)., and by substituting in lieu thereof the following: (The City Council of the City of Graham may by ordinance determine what percentage of the sum paid to the City of Graham shall be used for recreational purposes).
